Your Right to a Good Faith Estimate
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of what your care will cost. Under the No Surprises Act, health care providers must give patients who pay out of pocket an estimate of expected charges before care begins.

• You will receive a Good Faith Estimate when you schedule a program, membership, or visit, or anytime you ask for one.
• If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your estimate, you can dispute the bill.
• Keep a copy of your estimate.
